Job Description

• Maintain full set of accounts.

The Senior Finance Manager will lead the shared service team overseeing the purchasing process across Southeast Asia, while also establishing systems and policies for the shared service center. This role involves managing the consolidation of financial data and ensuring adherence to accounting standards, as well as supporting audit activities. Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that intercompany transactions are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the business to ensure new intercompany charges are allocated correctly to different regions based on agreed-upon rules.

Minimum Experience Required

· A solid foundation of at least 10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a comparable field, along with a minimum of 3 years in a finance shared services manager capacity.

· Proven track record in financial management and consolidation, ideally in a managerial role.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts payable, general ledger entries, and cashflow management.

The role

You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations for MY and contributing to the growth of the MY Accounting and Finance function, and reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager. • Preparation of monthly Group consolidated financial statements
• Responsible and prompt action in submitting Group Consolidated financial reporting, statutory reporting, audit. Strict adherence to financial reporting standards, and relevant regulatory guidelines
