• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedure.
• Review monthly analysis of Financial Reports against prior year and budget, providing explanations and financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.

Summary of the Role:
The Investment Analysts will be providing investment support for ib vogt APAC’s portfolio of renewable energy projects across our 10 markets in the APAC region. The Investment Analysts will be involved throughout the entire project life cycle from development, financing, implementation, and asset management. About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. About the role:

What you will do:

• To acquire new dealers (including but not limited to Dealer Financing product) through established partnership nationwide or any other sales channels
• To handle any inquiries and/or complaints of dealers and provide recommendations/solutions to the issues
• To encourage financing utilization by paying visitation to car dealers
• To establish and perform a detail Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence for every on-boarding application

Responsible for analyzing data, operations and contract terms for commodity purchases. Identify market trends and correlations to recommend trading strategies and actions for risk management and inventory management of raw materials to meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives.

• To conduct data analysis on historical data (using VBA, Python, and other programming languages) to determine the seasonality trends and correlations of commodity prices using Refinitiv, Trading View, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Finance Manager is a trusted business partner to the Country General Manager and has a rich element of interaction with the Event Directors for the provision of financial analytics to aid in sales, marketing, and commercial decisions on the portfolio of events within the geography of its operations.

As part of the ASEAN Finance Leadership charter, the Finance Manager would be empowered to instil accountability, transparency, and innovation through the application of sound Financial Analytics and Business Intelligence tools and to support the business within the jurisdictional compliance framework.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analysis of month end close reporting ensuring accuracy of reported figures.
• Provide reconciliation and commentary where required on reporting gaps identified and business explanations on variances.
