What you will be doing :

• Reach out to customers via outbound calls, emails, and other channels to establish and maintain communication.
• Proactively engage with users to enhance platform loyalty and resolve any issues they encounter.
• Encourage users to complete account funding and other platform-related actions.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure timely and comprehensive resolution of user inquiries.
• Attend and participate in daily huddle to understand key highlights on area of focus, new updates, what went well and learning points from previous day.
• Responsible to provide good customer experience on every interaction with clients.

Experience & Skills:

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. This role ensures consistent, high-quality service, efficient management of high interaction volumes, and adherence to response and resolution times. Job Requirement:

1. Possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in any field.

Job Requirements:

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating cargo bookings, ensuring efficient and effective handling of shipment requests, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This role also involves liaising with various customers, departments, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Notes: This role will be based in Malaysia, working in Wisma Tune, Teleport’s Office to support Singapore. Public holidays will be based on Singapore public holidays. • Identifying the key revenue drivers of our business by sector and available capacity (both by point to point or flythru opportunities);
• Preplan ahead to forecast demand on our available flights;
• Proactively respond to unpredictable situations affecting our ability to carry cargo as planned;
• Perform the planning function in coordination with the CTO operator, to ensure the build-up process will transport all (or more) of the cargo booked on each flight;
• Find clever ways to route cargo through our network and partners’ network (interline arrangements) to the intended destination that includes but not limited to a network algorithm plan to clearly identify available capacity, routing and delivery time
• Work closely with airline’s network team for cost, flight induction (additional capacity, new routes and etc);
• Ensure data accuracy of flights and cargo that is transported with us.

REQUIREMENTS
