About the role
The FA&P Analyst is responsible for handling day to day operations of FA&P Dept, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast, monthly closing and variance analysis reporting & submission to global and annual budgeting. What you will do:

• To acquire new dealers (including but not limited to Dealer Financing product) through established partnership nationwide or any other sales channels
• To handle any inquiries and/or complaints of dealers and provide recommendations/solutions to the issues.
• To encourage financing utilization by paying visitation to car dealers.
• To establish and perform a detail Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence for every on-boarding application.
• To arrange for signing of facility agreement with dealers.
• To review existing facility and performance of dealers and propose new credit limit (if applicable and relevant) over existing portfolio.
• Contribute to process improvement relating to assigned financing products.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Design Manager to lead our design team within a dynamic consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and management of civil infrastructure projects, particularly in sectors such as Highways, Water, Sewage, Telecoms, and Bridges. This role demands a professional who is adept at overseeing complex design processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design Leadership in Civil Infrastructure:

• Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Highways, Water, Sewage, Telecoms, and Bridges.

• Develop design strategies and plans that align with project objectives and client needs.

• Guide the design team through complex technical challenges, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.

Multidisciplinary Team Coordination:

• Manage and inspire multidisciplinary design teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Ensure seamless integration of various engineering disciplines in the design process.

• Coordinate with other department heads to allocate resources effectively and meet project demands.

• Coordinate with various EC offices for Multidisciplinary and/or Multicentre projects

Design Process Management

• Oversee the design stages from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

• Monitor the progress of design work, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

• Conduct regular review meetings to assess design progress and make necessary adjustments.

Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance:

• Implement and maintain high standards of design quality, ensuring compliance with AECOM’s quality principles, industry regulations and client specifications.

• Regularly review and assess design outputs for technical accuracy and innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Support:

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding design matters.

• Provide expert advice and support to project teams, enhancing design outcomes and efficiency.

Budget and Resource Optimization:

• Manage design budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and identifying opportunities for savings.

• Optimize the allocation of design resources to maximize efficiency and project success.

Risk Management and Mitigation:

We are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and closure of the project portfolio across the Digital Customer Centricity team for Asia Pacific. The PMO Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will be part of APAC's Digital Customer Centricity & Regional Business IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Manage and track the regional organization’s portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.
• Project Governance: Establish and maintain project governance standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and transparency across all projects. Enable the team manager to have a single-source-of-truth where to find everything about the current status of the ongoing projects (stage, tasks, stakeholders, documentation, etc.)
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership to ensure expectations and requirements are aligned.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain project performance metrics and KPIs to track project progress, identify risks, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring appropriate escalation when necessary.
• Reporting: Provide regular status updates and reports to management, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas requiring attention.
