Job Description :

• To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules regulations, i.e., Companies Act 2016.
• Responsible for the preparation of resolutions, board papers, minutes of meetings, MYCOID & MBRS submission, and other corporate secretarial documents.
• To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory form/returns to the Companies Commission of (CCM).
• To liaising with clients, auditors, tax agents, lawyers and bankers or other body.
• Keep abreast with relevant legislation and regulatory changes.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Superior / Management from time to time.

Requirements :

• Candidate with SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Law, Corporate Administration, Business Administration or in other relevant disciplines (but willing to take the challenge are encouraged to apply)
