JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / 職位描述

• Processing of suppliers’ invoices for payment to creditors. To include checking invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving problems and entering data into the accounting system.

Reporting to the Associate Director, the purpose of this job is to effectively manage accounts payable and receivable processes, prepare reconciliations and aging reports to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting. As a part of a global team:

• Ensure the timely and accurate creation of client invoices and credit memos.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain client/fund data on system.
• Maintain client agreements.
