Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with forwarding logistics or supply chain management experience.

Role &Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day execution and implementation of the e-commerce activities across online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, PG Mall, TikTok, etc.) (order processing, packing, product listing, promotional mechanism, promotion pricing, campaign banner management).
• Planning on new and existing product uploads. Ensure all product uploads are complete with full descriptions.
• Track inventory levels and product removal (if necessary).
• Monitor the ongoing performance of online promotions, online campaign results, and marketing campaigns, making recommendations for change and improvement.
• Conducting research and analyzing data based on business insights (e.g. ads spend, ranking target, impression, user engagement conversion rate, traffic, etc)
• Process sales orders and customer inquiries promptly.
• Handle online customer service. Manage customer expectations and solve customer issues and complaints professionally. Ensure each customer issue is followed up and completed by related parties.

The Role
