Responsible for the sales of leaves of absence services to Enterprise level accounts.  The Sales Executive is responsible for creating external demand in the Enterprise market for outsourcing opportunities and positions Alight to win the work. This role also participates in selling services that drive to a leave of absence solution for large to jumbo market clients. Job Responsibilities:

The Challenge

Adobe is looking for an Account Director who is responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines. As a part of our enterprise sales team, working with Adobe’s largest customers across the Healthcare industry. This includes the development of long-term relationships with customers as well as crafting strategic account plans. The Account Director will achieve this through software solution selling capabilities and direct, face-to-face contact with the customer. Responsibilities include building relationships at all levels with a focus on c-suite, and effectively navigating the customer's organization. You will guide and assist customers in achieving a successful start with Adobe and help them expand the value realized from our solution. What you’ll do

• Lead, collaborate and orchestrate Adobe's entire Ecosystem and Partners to drive outcomes. Use Adobe's ecosystem to the fullest potential.
• Collaborate to drive consensus and action. Owner and driver of the territory and account strategy and how the ecosystem will support.
• Manage large, sophisticated sales processes internally involving legal, deal desk, product marketing, product support& engineering and other Adobe customers.
• Identify and lead collaboration with external 3rd parties including tech partners and system integrators.
• Meet sales quota and run efficient business
• Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap.
• Build strong account plans at the beginning of the year and lead regular account planning meetings to keep team aligned.
• Follow a well-adapted approach to maintaining a rolling 4Q pipeline. Keep pipeline current and quickly qualify opportunities. Collaborate with support organizations including Marketing, Inside sales, Partners and channels to funnel pipeline into your accounts.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 to 7+ years with consistent track record selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business in large enterprise organizations;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, effectively partnering with other Adobe teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product & Marketing;
• Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the Healthcare space;
• Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

Job Summary

The eMobility segment is one of the most dynamic environments in industry today.  Successful professionals within the space must be comfortable with adapting to changing inputs on a near daily basis.

The Site Field Sales Application Engineer will be located at key eMobility end user site (Normal, IL) and work under the direction of the Key Account Manager, with the primarily responsible for supporting Graco sales activities at the particular site. The Site Engineer will serve as the single point of contact for coordinating all Graco related activities within the facility, including engineering guidance, training, installation, coordinating startup activities and maintenance, technical assistance, performing line audits, maintaining spare part inventories, and driving Graco preference by providing the best possible customer experience.

The right candidate will be obsessed with delivering the best possible experience to our customers while simultaneously working to develop relationships within our customer’s facility. 

The Site Engineer will:

• Be part of a world class team in the fast growing eMobility market

• Be one of Graco’s experts on fluid handling applications and use that knowledge to specify solutions that provide excellent performance and return on investment for our customers. 

• Partner with all customer stakeholders to provide the best possible after sale experience

• Work in some of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world, installing and supporting complex equipment solutions.

• Develop deep relationships at our end customer site and work with them to incorporate Graco equipment into their systems and processes. 

• Diagnose and resolve problems – improving our customers’ efficiency, productivity and overall profitability.

• Serve as a single point liaison between the customer and Graco sales management.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Commensurate education, skills and demonstrated experience to work remotely in a highly technical capacity across a range of industrial settings

• Experience with dispensing equipment and /or adhesives, sealants, and coatings is desirable

• Working knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot PLC communication

• 1-5 years experience with technical selling, service, or support.  New engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the end user organization – maintenance, engineering, plant level and corporate management.

• Willingness to travel 20%

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, product management, or solution engineering at a high tech company, or similar equivalent

• Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, customer service or homegrown solutions

• Expertise in building product demos end-to-end, from building compelling narratives that accurately position our products and align to our corporate messaging, to owning the technical execution in demo videos and demo orgs

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and customers

• Consistent track record in defining/driving project execution with minimal guidance and performing well in a fast-paced environment

• Phenomenal teammate with a proven track record leading and inspiring through influence

• Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling positioning and messaging, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.

Position Overview

Partner with Account-based sales executives and Channel Partners to lead net new growth. You will translate a customer's challenges into technical solutions through application of industry experience, in-depth knowledge, practical skills, thinking, and vision on assigned industry(s). Your engagements will require important skills such as vision to plan an account strategy, industry experience, high-level understanding of Autodesk tools and how customers would receive value.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer's strategies to engage and deliver expertise around how Autodesk offerings can align to Customer Outcomes

• Be a primary industry expert, for the account teams they work with, who brings impactful expertise about technology to the customer planning, customer engagement process and the sales automation content curation process. Build the technical business case for Autodesk solutions through discovery and solution fit using discovery workshops and solution building with the customer. Position Autodesk Technology as an enabler for driving the outcomes for solving the business case

• Discovery outcomes that align to closing capability gaps (increase customer's capabilities) with specific Goals and success measurements

• Ensure solutions by contributing to the Return-on-investment materials the account managers build

• Technical relationship management that collaborates with internal Solution Engineers to provide the right knowledge to the customer during sales engagements

• Find and develop advocates within the account to help build impact and success for Autodesk solutions
