The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering an outstanding dining experience, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

-Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives impeccable service, maintaining our high standards of hospitality and dining excellence.
-Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
-Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and driving revenue through innovative initiatives and exceptional service.
