ABOUT THE JOB
YARAN Suites is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee and direct various aspects of our establishment's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across multiple areas, including reservations, reception, room service, housekeeping, security, property maintenance, accounting, purchasing, customer satisfaction, and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
The employment is for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday: 9am to 5:30 pm. However, you are responsible of overall operations including outside your normal working hour attending to any urgencies. RESPONSIBILITIES
The role, task, and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Direct and oversee the reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction is provided.
-Provide and maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
