Delivers objectives through a portfolio of partners, requiring customized marketing strategies to promote voluntary compliance.
• Collaborates with partners and others to assess the effectiveness of local marketing efforts. Provides feedback and recommendations to management and partners regarding marketing events, marketing program effectiveness and additional needs for marketing products and/or communication vehicles. Coordinates activities to plan and resolve unusual or controversial issues regarding marketing/promotional ideas. A Service Specialist provides various administrative support services to our clients which may include copy, print, mail, miscellaneous facilities-related tasks, hospitality services, and receptionist services.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Copy Services includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions.
• Mail Services includes assist with mail delivery, prepare for mail shipment, label or post outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS or other overnight delivery. Data Centers are considered Critical Facilities. This means that we support hospitals, laboratories, public safety centers. Simply put - We cannot go dark. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for fixing and installing sophisticated circuits and performing custom installations as well as designing and leading modification projects.

Field Technical Service Representative

Description -

This customer facing, non-exempt HP Printer field break/fix position provides a wide range of hardware support and related services specifically to HP’s Print Products customers. This position will be based onsite at the customer in the Sacramento, CA Area. This is not a remote position. Valid CA drivers license is required.  This is a team-based group of self-starting, technical/mechanical delivery professionals. Each member of the team performs installation, repair and relocates various types of HP printers and related technology on customer sites, within a defined geography.  A fast paced, constantly changing environment that requires positive approaches and demonstrated success at handling multiple stressors. Candidates must be self-contained, resourceful and determined for success.

This ever changing environment presents each team member with various daily events that educate customers about the technology, manage critical service events, and interact with multiple levels of both HP and customer management/teams.
