You will ideally have experience with education management system software. The project role is a business analyst to support the implementation of a new education management system from Synergy.

The role holder translates senior client business issues into effective Business Improvement projects and programmes that make measured improvements to business performance, service performance and/or customer satisfaction. Using high-level insightful analysis, the Business Analyst designs and manages customer centric Business Improvement programmes that deliver customer satisfaction, cost reduction and business benefits. What you'll be leading on

• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, working relationships with Programme Senior Leadership Team, Programme Management Office (PMO) management team, and Programme delivery teams; to ensure a strong understanding of business needs, to ensure that the requirements for high quality Planning management tools and systems are fully understood and addressed at both Project and Programme level, to identify key areas for improvement, to share best practices and to resolve complex issues.
• Work with the Programme Management Office, Programme & Project teams and wider Major Projects directorate to develop and deliver the Planning and Scheduling management strategy, consistent with corporate standards and incorporating industry best practices; that ensures control and delivers effective processes, mechanisms and tools.
• Lead the development of Enterprise Planning management tools and systems at a Project, Programme and Portfolio level, to drive measurable results in terms of increasing the efficiency of the Programme and its constituent projects and enable the provision of Management Information (MI)

To be successful you'll need
